Expand An Existing Campaign

Employees are asking for more choice in their workplace giving campaigns and Community Health Charities provides the choice of America's leading health charities. If your employer currently holds a workplace giving campaign with another charitable partner, Community Health Charities can help you expand your campaign to include a health option. Expanding a campaign often increases funds raised for all partners involved - everyone wins!

If your campaign has a write-in option, you can support one of Community Health Charities member charities by filling in their name and address on the pledge form provided.
