Health Matters at Work® Program Awarded Grant from MerckCommunity Health Charities was recently awarded a $215,000 grant from Merck in support of the Health Matters at Work® program. With the funding, CHC will be able to fully execute the first phase of the Health Matters at Work® program and its suite of employee engagement tools and resources.

MDA Volunteer Vance Taylor Provides Help, Hope and Knowledge – A Video PodcastAn accomplished public speaker and a long-time volunteer for MDA, Vance Taylor co-hosts the regional broadcast of the Jerry Lewis MDA (Muscular Dystrophy Association) Labor Day Telethon for the Washington, DC area. Vance is all to familiar with the many challenging aspects of living with a neuromuscular disorder and understands that where to turn for credible information can be a major obstacle for many.
