This may sound challenging with work and school, but the good news is that it doesn't have to happen all at once. PaolaI have mild plaque psoriasis on my hands, elbows and feet. I had it on my knees, but itís been dormant for about six years. Psoriasis has affected my life in many ways, mostly my self-esteem. I am very outgoing due to my psoriasis because I just want people to like me for my personality. But sometimes itís not enough because, in the back of my mind, I always feel self-conscious about my skin and how people will react to it.
